Dakotas jaws parted as a great yawn came forth.He gave a great sniff of the air, taking in his suroundings as the sun broke over the land.How long had he been here?About 3 days, give or take a bit.It was hard for a young lion to focus on things like time when the world was placed right in front of him.He had been thinking about it, and up untill now, he hadnt had the guts to do it.However, today, he would.The next sound the land would here would be his voice shaking the ground in his own call of claimence.
His gaze fell lazily upon the land."Just another day in paradise."His voice was smooth and untouched, deep but calm.His claws sprung out as he streched himself out, letting loose all of his muscles.Standing, his tail swayed behind him, lightly dusting the ground.His golden coat shimmered in perfect time with the sun, the two colours almost identicle of each other.His heart began to pound, his stomach jump.His lips curled back, maw opening to release his claim over the terra.
It was just as he had always imagined.The sound was ear splitting, and animals from all over ran in fear of the sudden noise.He could feel the shaking and vibrations run through him into the ground, and when his voice fell silent, the echo of his call still lounged in the air.So there he stood, Dakota, a king.
